Electrical Powder Coating Oven in which variety of items are coating
i.e. Mild steel, Aluminium, S.S. Brass. The ovens are designed as our
own designed. For oven temperature 0 to 250oC.
The oven sare manufactured out of 3 mm thickness. With 100 mm thickness
rock wall all over the side. Double door wall constructed inside and
outside M.S. Sheet. Heavy duty hinges with latch attachments, roap will
be fitted to door to prevent loss of heat. S.S. 304 inside tubular
heater fixed on side wall.
Heaters are having long life and
are easily replaceable. Electrical control panel with digital
temperature controller on-off switch, contractor, R.Y.B. Lamp, fuse
with quality wires ensure long trouble free service. Internal painting
heat resisting aluminium paint. Batch type trolley facility for
material loading and hanging.
